This marks the 13th year that MDA and Dutch Bros have partnered together, with Drink One for Dane having raised $1.3 million in 2018. The two have set an even greater goal for 2019 aiming to goal of raising a record breaking $1.5 million this year. The fundraiser began after Dutch Bros co-founder Dane Boersma was diagnosed with ALS. He passed away in 2009 and Drink One for Dane lives on to honor his legacy and continue the fight against ALS.
