From the presenter: This presentation will help you to learn the difference between sympathy and empathy and how they make different impacts in the mental health field as well as personal relationships. It will also include an activity for the participants to experience what it might be like to be a member of the LGBTQ+ community and how they experience invisible barriers in life. This presentation focuses on learning self-awareness, vulnerability, and the ability to embrace the untold story of the community.
