We’re open from 7am to 12 noon so you can get in a good workout, sit in the hot tubs, steam your troubles away, or better still . . . try one of our amazing group fitness classes. This day is open for everyone in our community (members, bring in your friends) and is FREE to attend with a canned food donation.
