Community Calendar
Come to this free event to listen to local professionals talk about how to become more vulnerable in sharing our struggles and why doing that is good for our mental health. Coping skills and local resources will be shared as well. There will also be a Q&A section where people can ask questions anonymously.
Mrs. Rexburg Mary Grampp will share what she’s learned about emotional resilience through pregnancy loss, the death of a child, and her husband’s terminal diagnosis.

Come have a conversation with one of our pediatricians! They will answer any questions and discuss what to expect in the hospital with your newborn, follow up visit schedule, immunizations, car seats, circumcisions and so much more! This event is free. Parents new and seasoned are welcome. Popcorn and some fun swag will be provided. Please call 208-523-3060 to register.
The oldest dog sled race in the lower 48! the first sled dogs will leave the gate each morning starting at 8:30 a.m. and every 2 minutes after that. We are expecting 25-30 teams of dogs this year, ranging in size from 2 dogs teams to 12. Races begin in Ashton; they make a big loop to the east and finish back at the start.
To get here, take highway 20 to Ashton, turn east and watch for signs. We suggest that you leave the cat at home, but bring the whole family including the dog.
