Come Find Santa’s Puppy, ‘Tracker’ – Saturday, December 3rd from 12:00pm to 3:00pm – Come to the Civitan Plaza (corner of Park Ave & B Street) to pick up your map card, then help Santa find Tracker! On the map card will be a list of where you can find ‘Tracker’. The businesses hide the puppy and then you come find him! Once he is found get your card marked and then off you go to find the next puppy in the next store. Once you have found the required number of “Trackers” you can turn in your card and pick up a prize at “WeeBee Toys” at 492 Shoup Ave. (corner of Shoup Ave. and B Street). Santa will be there to thank you for finding Tracker!! ‘Tracker’ is so important – he helps Santa figure out who is naughty and nice!! The puppies will be hidden in businesses all over downtown, so come prepared to walk and be outside.
Come have a bottomless pancake breakfast, enjoy a Christmas story, and have your picture taken with Santa! It’s a great way to start the holiday season and get your requests into Santa early!!
During breakfast, at the bottom of each hour (8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am) Santa will read a short Christmas Story. Every child that comes will have an opportunity to have their picture taken with Santa, either alone or with siblings. A digital file will be emailed to the parent/guardian of the child(ren).
We realize the holidays can be a challenging time of year for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Children and Families are invited to come to the FREE event where we will recognize feelings of grief and foster memories of loved ones by creating a HOLIDAY ORNAMENT to take home and cherish. Light refreshments served along with a special musical performance by local talent.
