“Protecting Your Family” – Will Planning Check-Up Quiz
Many people do not have a Will or Living Trust in place to provide for and protect their family. Join us for this Will Planning Workshop and we can assist you with that.
1. Do you have a Will?
2. Do you have an Advance Health Care Directive that provides the names of your designated agents, so they can make critical health care decisions if you can’t?
3. If the gross value of your estate (including your house) is over $150,000, do you have a Trust?
4. Have you legally designated who would care for your minor and adult children if you were to die?
5. Have you designated how your personal property will be distributed in a way that will minimize taxes and maximize provision for your family after your death?
