There are times where trauma reactions are obvious, but others are far more subtle and difficult to recognize. Once you recognize trauma, how to respond can be challenging as well. Building awareness and the ability to recognize trauma is the critical first step in being able to respond, and building this awareness takes practice. This training will explore beyond fight or flight- to other types of responses and how to recognize them.
